1. No Discrimination Because of Identity

You may not discriminate against others on the basis of:

• Race, ethnicity, or nationality 
• Religion, spiritual tradition, or belief system 
• Gender identity or expression 
• Sexual orientation 
• Age 
• Disability or neurodiversity 
• Language or accent 
• Socioeconomic status 
• Cultural background 

This applies to both Seekers and Advisors.

2. Equal Access

All users must be given equal opportunity to access, engage with, and benefit from the Platform’s Services.
This means:

• Advisors may not refuse or limit Services based on a user’s identity 
• Seekers may not make discriminatory requests or treat Advisors disrespectfully 
• Profiles, reviews, or feedback must not be influenced by personal bias
  

3. Inclusive Language

All written and spoken communication on the Platform should avoid hateful, derogatory, harassing, or exclusionary language.

This includes:

• insults or slurs 
• gendered, racial, or culturally offensive remarks 
• inflammatory or demeaning comments
  

4. No Stereotyping

Users may not promote or rely on harmful stereotypes based on identity groups.
Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• denying service because of someone’s identity 
• making claims about a group’s inherent traits 
• instructing others to avoid engagement with certain identities
  

5. Enforcement

Aletheias may take action against users who violate this policy, including:

• warnings 
• restriction of Platform features 
• suspension or termination of accounts 
• removal of content or reviews 

Violation of our Anti-Discrimination & Inclusion Policy may also affect eligibility for earnings or participation in any Platform programs.
