Aletheias is built on trust, empathy, and integrity. Our community brings together Seekers and Advisors from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and lived experiences. These Guidelines exist to ensure that Aletheias remains a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone.

By using Aletheias, you agree to uphold these Community Guidelines in all interactions on the Platform.

1. Our Community Commitment

Aletheias is a community where anyone can belong.

We expect all users, Seekers and Advisors alike, to treat each other with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of:

  • race or ethnicity
  • nationality
  • religion or belief system
  • gender identity or expression
  • sexual orientation
  • age
  • disability
  • cultural or spiritual background

Discrimination, harassment, exploitation, or demeaning behavior have no place in our community.

2. Respectful and Ethical Conduct

All interactions on Aletheias must remain:

  • respectful
  • professional
  • non-coercive
  • free from manipulation or pressure

You may not:

  • harass, threaten, shame, or intimidate others
  • use abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language
  • attempt to emotionally manipulate or coerce another user
  • pressure users into continued sessions, spending, or dependency

Aletheias is not a place for emotional exploitation or “client farming.” Guidance should be offered with care, empathy, and integrity.

3. Boundaries and Consent

Healthy boundaries are essential to trust.

Advisors may set personal or spiritual boundaries regarding the types of consultations they offer (e.g., mediumship, romantic topics, energy work). Seekers must respect those boundaries.

However, boundaries must never be based on prejudice, bias, or exclusion of protected groups.

You must:

  • respect personal, emotional, and conversational boundaries
  • stop any interaction if another user expresses discomfort
  • avoid prying into deeply personal matters without consent

4. Safety, Vulnerability, and Crisis Situations

Aletheias is not an emergency or crisis support service.

If a user expresses imminent risk of harm to themselves or others:

  • Advisors must not attempt to provide crisis intervention or emergency counseling
  • Advisors should encourage the user to seek immediate professional or emergency support
  • The session should be terminated if necessary for safety

Seekers should not rely on Aletheias for urgent medical, psychological, or legal emergencies.

5. No Professional Substitution

Services on Aletheias are for spiritual reflection, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only.

Users may not:

  • provide or request medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice
  • present guidance as professional diagnosis or treatment
  • discourage users from seeking qualified professional help

Aletheias does not replace licensed professionals.

6. Authenticity and Honesty

Trust depends on honesty.

Users may not:

  • misrepresent their identity
  • impersonate others
  • fabricate credentials
  • use fake personas or deceptive profiles
  • engage in misleading claims about abilities, outcomes, or guarantees

Advisors should present themselves truthfully and accurately. Seekers should engage in good faith.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Conversations on Aletheias can involve deeply personal topics. Privacy must be respected.

You may not:

  • record, screenshot, or share sessions without consent
  • disclose personal information learned through sessions
  • use another user’s story or vulnerability outside the Platform

Respect for privacy is fundamental to emotional safety.

8. Sexual Content and Exploitation

Aletheias is not a platform for sexual services or explicit content.

You may not:

  • engage in sexually explicit conversations
  • request or provide sexual services
  • solicit romantic or sexual interactions
  • use the Platform for erotic roleplay or exploitation

Discussions related to relationships or intimacy must remain respectful and non-graphic.

Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

9. Fair Use and Platform Integrity

To protect the community and the Platform:

You may not:

  • attempt to move interactions off-platform
  • request or offer off-platform payments
  • spam, solicit, or promote external services
  • manipulate reviews or ratings
  • attempt to bypass Platform rules

These behaviors undermine trust and harm the community.

10. Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

  • warnings
  • temporary restrictions
  • suspension
  • permanent removal from the Platform

Aletheias reserves the right to take action to protect the safety, trust, and integrity of the community.

11. Reporting and Support

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Guidelines, you are encouraged to report it. All reports are reviewed with care and confidentiality.
